By this time of the summer, my feet have taken plenty of abuse. Barefoot toddler chasing outdoors (for fear she would get too far if I stopped for shoes), the occasional burn from hot pavement and months of wearing nothing but flip flops means it is time for a little TLC.
I have to admit that as a busy mom, self-care isn’t my strongest suit. I am trying to work on it because I realized that I can’t be good for my kids if I don’t take care of myself.
Sometimes things like taking an extra 5-10 minutes to massage my feet after a shower is all it takes to feel cared for.
Of course, it is nice to have someone else do this for you. My boys will offer a foot massage on occasion and I NEVER say no.
Choosing an Essential Oil Company to Trust with Your Health is a Big Decision
I recommend Rocky Mountain Oils because I honestly believe they are the best oils for the money. They have strong ethics about oil production and grow their oils in their native environment. All of their oils are either organically certified, organically grown or wild crafted with no adulterating. (Most oils you buy at the local health food store are adulterated with propylene glycol or a similar substance. )
They offer free shipping, so it makes sense to order even if you just need one bottle!
