For the last week or two, my husband and I have been talking a lot about doing more to take care of ourselves.
I’ve got a terrible habit of taking care of everyone else and forgetting completely about myself. Sometimes I go to the grocery store and come home and realize I’ve got tons of snacks for the kids, but absolutely nothing that appeals to the grown-ups. This is something I'm making an effort to correct.
I recently was able to try GOOD THiNS, which are crispy, delicious snacks.
It was love at first bite!
GOOD THiNS (which I picked up at Walmart) are a great on-the-go snack that I can feel good about. The great thing about it is that they have different varieties so it is a snack you can enjoy if you are gluten-free or not!.
The rice varieties (Simply Salt, Veggie Blend and Poppy & Sesame Seed) are all Gluten Free.
Meanwhile, the potato varieties are 60% less fat than regular potato chips, making them a great alternative for hubby.
I love that there are no artificial flavors, no artificial colors, no high-fructose corn syrup, no partially hydrogenated oils and no cholesterol. Perfect for those of us trying to stay away from artificial ingredients as much as we can.
I’ve started enjoying them in the afternoon. I also like to keep a small baggie in my purse for when I'm running around with the kids.
