This post is brought to you by Nature’s Bounty® Earthly Elements™. All opinions are my own.
I love essential oils, and was thrilled when I got the opportunity to try not only a new brand, but a new oil.
Did you know that you can get 100% pure aromatherapy essential oils at Walmart stores nationwide? Nature’s Bounty® Earthly Elements™ are appropriate for both aromatic and topical use when diluted in a carrier oil such as Nature’s Bounty’s sweet almond oil. They have a wide variety of essential oils, as you can see here:

Whatever your mood there is an essential oil for you!
One I’ve never before tried is Jasmine Essential Oil.
(You may have heard it referred to as Jasmine absolute as well. This is a term that is sometimes used because of the solvent extraction method that is necessary to get this precious oil from the plant.)
I’ve got to say – I’m in love. It has a sweet floral scent and I find it a bit exotic. You could almost call it sensual.
Because of its warm passionate scent, it is excellent in a “Wake Up” diffuser blend. I love to mix it with two of my favorite oils, Lemongrass and Rosemary, both of which are available from Nature’s Bounty® Earthly Elements™.
Yesterday I was in a minor traffic altercation. Luckily no one was hurt badly and it wasn’t my fault. These things still cause stress, and when I woke up this morning I was feeling a little off.
The first thing I did was get my diffuser going and I had an energy shift almost immediately. I love the way that just smelling essential oils can almost instantly lift your mood and calm your mind.
I had heard that Jasmine is also excellent for skin, especially dry sensitive skin. I added a few drops to my moisturizer this morning. Although it is too early to tell the impact on my skin, I’ve got to say that I am really enjoying the smell.
