This Lemon Mint Green Tea is a great way to make green tea more delicious! The perfect afternoon pick-me-up.
When things get crazy, there is nothing better than knowing I’ve a healthy meal waiting for me in the fridge. Eating clean always makes me feel better! The better I eat, the more equipped I feel to manage whatever life throws at me.
Still, there isn’t always enough time for all the meal prep that it takes to keep our family of five going.
That is why I was super excited when I discovered elevĀte organic salads at Walmart.
ElevĀte organic salads are packed with all the ingredients I love including ancient grains, plant based proteins, nutrient-dense greens, nuts, seeds, and legumes. It is like having a bowl of portable superfoods!
There are so many different varieties that you never have to worry about getting bored! They include: Blu-Rugula Superfood Salad, Go Go Goji Superfood Salad, Kale Ceasar Salad, Sunny Caesar Salad, Nutty Cranberry Superfood Salad, Power Grains Superfood Salad, Southwest Superfood Salad and Spinach Pow Salad.
With the exception of the power grains, all of the salads are gluten free. They are made with organic greens, non-GMO verified and many of them are USDA organic as well!
One of my favorites is the Sunny Caesar Salad, which always leaves me feeling great! There is nothing like at the lift from good clean food.
Lately, I’ve been obsessed with drinking green tea too! I adore this simple Lemon Mint Green Tea.
I usually make it early in the day, so the flavors have the chance to combine in the fridge. Coupled with my elevĀte organic salad, it is the perfect lunch!
