This Orange Mango Strawberry Smoothie is a great way to start the day! It also makes a great snack to get you over the afternoon slump.

Like many of you, I renewed my commitment to health at the beginning of the year.
For me, it is less of a resolution and more of a decision that I am going to be consistent in making choices that make me feel good.
Because this isn't something, I always did in 2016.
Whether the realization that changes are needed comes from feeling off-track overall or simply enjoying the holidays too much, change isn't always easy.
When plates and platters of indulgent goodies are a not-so-distant memory, it is easy to get overwhelmed (or depressed) at the prospect of revamping your diet.
That is where small steps come it to play.
For me, making little changes is key to sticking with my healthy living goals in the New Year.
