25-Minute Homemade Air Fryer Biscuits

You Will Need

Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl. Cut the butter into ½” cubes and add to the dry mixture.


Cut in with a pastry cutter or with clean hands until the butter is broken down into very small pieces.


Add the buttermilk and stir to form a dough.


Fold the dough over in the bowl a few times, picking up any loose bits.


Turn the dough into a lightly floured surface, and pat it to ¾” thick.


Cut into 12 - 2 ¼” biscuits.


Line your air fryer with an air fryer parchment paper liner, and then add the biscuits to it, cooking in batches to avoid overcrowding. Cook at 400° F for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
