You Will Need

Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl. Cut the butter into ½” cubes and add to the dry mixture.

Add the buttermilk and stir to form a dough.

Fold the dough over in the bowl a few times, picking up any loose bits.

Cut into 12 - 2 ¼” biscuits.

Line your air fryer with an air fryer parchment paper liner, and then add the biscuits to it, cooking in batches to avoid overcrowding. Cook at 400° F for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
