Air Fryer Ravioli

These air fryer ravioli taste like they just came out of a deep fryer.  They are crispy, evenly browned, and well-toasted - perfect for dipping into your favorite sauce. This recipe makes a great appetizer for entertaining (or game day), but truth be told, I’ve been known to make a meal of it.

You Will Need

Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl. In a separate shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Dip the ravioli in the eggs, and then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, using your hands to gently press the mixture into the ravioli. Transfer to a parchment-lined platter or baking sheet and repeat with the remaining ravioli. Spray both sides of the ravioli with oil.

Preheat your air fryer to 375° F. Arrange the ravioli in a single layer, using an air fryer liner if desired. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through until the ravioli are golden brown.

Top with additional parmesan and serve with marinara sauce.

Preheat your oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Bake for 8 minutes. Flip, and bake for an additional 4 to 8 minutes, until golden brown.
