– 24 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast pounded to even thickness – 2 tablespoons avocado oil – 2 teaspoons sea salt – 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning or oregano – ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper – 1 cup marinara divided – 8 ounces fresh mozzarella sliced – ¼ cup fresh grated parmesan – For serving: fresh basil or parsley
