These Slow Cooker Chipotle Beef Tacos are a delicious and easy weeknight meal. Made with Mission Organics® White Corn Tortillas, it is a meal that your family will love, and you will feel good about serving.
1chipotle pepper in adobo saucechopped plus 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
1teaspoonminced garlic
2teaspoonschili powder
1teaspoonground cumin
1cupbeef broth
1teaspoonsweetener of choice
1 ½poundsgrass-fed beefI used sirloin steaks. Next time I'd use flank steak.

Instructions
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, jalapeño, and chipotle pepper and cook for 8 minutes. Add garlic, chili powder, and cumin and cook for one more minute. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer onion mixture to a slow cooker and stir in broth and sweetener. Add beef tips and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until the meat is easily pulled apart with a fork. Shred.
Heat Mission Organics White Corn Tortillas in a skillet until warm and serve tacos with desired fixings.
