These Sausage & Egg Breakfast Tacos are the perfect way to keep your next brunch simple and delicious!  You can easily set up a breakfast taco bar for casual entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 6 large eggs beaten
  • 4 oz mild green chiles
  • ¼ teaspoon each, salt and pepper
  • 1 package Johnsonville Breakfast Sausage Links
  • 12 small corn tortillas
  • For Serving: Diced Avocado Chopped Tomato, Chopped Cilantro, Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  • Heat butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  • Beat eggs in a medium bowl and stir in green chiles, salt, and pepper. Pour into skillet and scramble until cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, cook Johnsonville Breakfast Sausage Links in a separate skillet over medium-low heat according to package directions, about 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Heat tortillas in a medium skillet. Cover to keep warm until ready to serve.
  • To serve, top each tortilla with eggs and sausage and desired fixings! Relax and enjoy your celebration!
