Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cottage cheese
  • 8 ounces plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup pickled jalapeños
  • 1 fresh jalapeno seeded and diced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, pickled jalapeños, fresh jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, chives, partly garlic powder and onion powder. Process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper and chill until ready to serve.
