12 ounces Gnocchi gluten free if necessary 1 head broccoli chopped 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or Earth Balance 2 tablespoons avocado oil ¼ cup sage chopped ¼ cup walnuts toasted ½ teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 2 ounces fresh Parmesan grated or vegan parmesan
Cook gnocchi according to package directions, adding broccoli in the last two minutes. Drain.
Heat butter and oil in a medium skillet to medium heat. Add sage, walnuts, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Toss butter mixture with gnocchi. Toss with Parmesan and serve.
