Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Gnocchi gluten free if necessary
  • 1 head broccoli chopped
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or Earth Balance
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • ¼ cup sage chopped
  • ¼ cup walnuts toasted
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 ounces fresh Parmesan grated or vegan parmesan

Instructions

  • Cook gnocchi according to package directions, adding broccoli in the last two minutes. Drain.
  • Heat butter and oil in a medium skillet to medium heat. Add sage, walnuts, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Toss butter mixture with gnocchi. Toss with Parmesan and serve.
