Ingredients

strawberries
diced

almond milk

Superberries Organic Aroniaberry Concentrate

ground flax seeds

quinoa flakes

coconut palm sugar
to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Add ice if desired.
Notes
*If you aren't used to eating flax seeds you may want to start with a teaspoon and build up.
