To make gluten free breadcrumbs, place gluten free bread (like Udi's) in your food process and process until crumbs form. Spread in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet and cook for 5 minutes in a 300 degree oven. Turn the oven off and allow the crumbs to sit in the oven for another 20 minutes. Store in the freezer.
