  • 1 ½ cups chopped spinach
  • ½ cucumber seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup ice
  • Stevia to taste

Instructions

  • Place apple through water in a blender and process until smooth. Add ice and process for one minute more. Serve immediately.
