Quinoa Sprouts

Looking for a way to add some serious nutrition to your sandwiches, wraps, and salads?  Make Quinoa Sprouts!  They are easy to make, and so delicious.

  • 1/3 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup filtered water


  • Place quinoa and water in a glass jar. Make sure the seeds are completely covered with water. Cover and soak for 12 hours away from direct sunlight.
  • Drain and rinse. Return quinoa to dish and cover, but leave a slight opening. Cover the jar with cheesecloth. Let rest for 12 hours.
  • Rinse and repeat the process two or three more times. Store sprouts in the refrigerator and use within two weeks.
