Fathead Pizza Dough, Cauliflower Pizza Crust, Gluten Free Crust
Ground Beef

Pizza

low-sugar ketchup

red onion
sliced thin

crumbled (I used turkey bacon)

tomato

shredded cheddar
Mayo Sauce

mayonnaise

teaspoons
yellow mustard

teaspoon
pickle brine
For Serving

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook pizza crust.
Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease and transfer to a bowl.
Add ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper and stir to coat meat.
Spread a light coating of ketchup over pre-cooked pizza crust. Top with beef, onion, bacon, tomato slices and cheese.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
Meanwhile, make mayo sauce by combining mayonnaise, mustard and pickle brine in small bowl.
When pizza is done, top with pickles and drizzle with mayo sauce. Top with spinach and serve.
