Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes halved or quartered if large
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil plus more for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt more or less to taste
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your Blackstone Griddle to 400° F. (In most cases, this will be low heat.)
  • Place the potatoes in a large bowl and toss with avocado oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Oil the griddle well.
  • Add the potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.

Stovetop Instructions

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
