Crisp-Tender Asparagus on the Blackstone Griddle
I love my griddle and Asparagus on the Blackstone is a favorite side dish of mine. The thick spears get nicely charred on the grill, and the resulting flavors are fantastic.

1 pound asparagus spears trimmed 3 tablespoons olive oil plus more for cooking 1 tablespoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon sea salt
Preheat your Blackstone Griddle to 350 ° F.
In a shallow dish, combine the oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Coat the asparagus in the oil mixture.
Add oil to your griddle.
Add the asparagus and cook for 5 minutes, rotating the asparagus occasionally, until tender.
Transfer to a serving platter, and drizzle with additional lemon juice if desired.
