Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds skinless salmon fillets
  • cup soy sauce or gluten-free tamari
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil or your favorite heat-safe oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • For serving: lemon wedges

Instructions

  • Place the salmon in a shallow dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, avocado oil, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Pour over the salmon and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  • Preheat your Foodi Grill to Grill - MAX. Set the timer for 5 minutes.
  • Add the salmon and close the lid.
  • Cook for 5 minutes until the desired doneness.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
