1 ½ pounds skinless salmon fillets ⅓ cup soy sauce or gluten-free tamari ¼ cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons avocado oil or your favorite heat-safe oil 2 teaspoons lemon pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon sea salt For serving: lemon wedges
Place the salmon in a shallow dish.
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, avocado oil, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
