2 pounds ground beef 80/20 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 teaspoons onion powder 2 teaspoons smoked paprika 1 ½ teaspoons dried sage 1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme 1 teaspoon sea salt ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes Oil for cooking
