In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the butter, sour cream, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for 2 minutes.
Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat on medium for about 30 seconds.
Reduce speed to medium-low, and add the flour mixture until just combined.
Add the oats, and beat on low speed until they are incorporated into the cookie dough.
Chill the dough for 30 minutes. (Optional, but recommended to minimize spread.)
Using a cookie scoop to measure out the dough and roll it into balls. Press each ball down using your fingertips.
Preheat your air fryer to 300 degrees.
Line your air fryer with an air fryer liner and arrange the cookies in a single layer, being careful not to put them too close.
Cook for 7 to 9 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned.
Allow to cool in the air fryer for about 5 minutes, and then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
