  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch seasoning mix divided (or 1 packet)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 10 ½ ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Sprinkle the chicken with a tablespoon of ranch seasoning and salt.
  • Arrange in your slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the soup, milk, sour cream and remaining tablespoon of ranch.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  • Cook over low for 4 hours to 6 hours. If desired, remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred.
  • Return to the slow cooker.
  • Add the cheese and cover until it melts.
