16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast pounded thin ⅓ cup all-purpose flour ⅓ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 tablespoons oil avocado oil or olive oil 2 tablespoons white wine or chicken broth 3 tablespoons lemon juice 2 teaspoons lemon zest 1 cup half and half
