Ingredients

  • 1 lb broccoli cut into 2 inch florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 2 ounces fresh Parmesan cheese grated or vegan Parmesan

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl toss broccoli, oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Arrange in a single layer on prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan and serve warm.
