10ouncesfrozen chopped spinachthawed and squeezed dry
4ouncesfeta cheese
2ouncesgrated Parmesan cheese
½teaspoonred pepper flakes
1teaspoonsea salt
Instructions
Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium. Add onion and cook for 8 minutes. Add garlic and cook for one more minute. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. Stir in cream cheese and milk until well combined. Add artichokes, spinach, feta, Parmesan, red pepper flake and sea salt. Transfer to a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Keep on warm to server.
