This Tomato Feta Pizza with Quinoa Crust is a delicious healthier pizza that the whole family will love. Gluten Free and Vegetarian.
My boys happen to love onion and garlic, but feel free to leave it off half if your kids don't!

1 pound gluten free quinoa pizza dough 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 2 medium tomatoes sliced 1 red onion sliced thin 6 cloves garlic sliced thin ½ cup crumbled feta cheese or vegan feta ¼ cup kalamata olive pitted and sliced ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper ⅓ cup fresh basil
Place a pizza stone on the bottom rack of your oven. Preheat to 420 degrees.
Roll out pizza dough on parchment paper. Brush with olive oil and top with tomatoes, onion, garlic, feta, olives and crushed red pepper.
Using a pizza peel or the back of a sheet pan, carefully transfer crust to pizza stone. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
Top with fresh basil and serve warm.
