lentil sprouts
or sprouts of choice

grated carrot

scallions
sliced thin

sunflower seeds

or desired amount
Instructions
In a large bowl combine quinoa, sprouts, carrot, scallions, sunflower seeds, and almonds.
Toss with dressing and season to taste with salt and pepper.
