- ⅓ cup quinoa
- 1 cup filtered water
Place quinoa and water in a glass jar. Make sure the seeds are completely covered with water. Cover and soak for 12 hours away from direct sunlight.
Drain and rinse. Return quinoa to dish and cover, but leave a slight opening. Cover the jar with cheesecloth. Let rest for 12 hours.
Rinse and repeat the process two or three more times. Store sprouts in the refrigerator and use within two weeks.
