Wake Up Spray
Ingredients
- 20 drops Peppermint or Lavender See note
- 20 drops Sweet Orange
- 2 tablespoons Witch Hazel
- 1 cup filtered water
Instructions
- Place ingredients in a glass spray bottle. Shake well before using. Spray into the air to start the day off right!
Notes
****Peppermint should be used only with children over 5. Be sure that you don't spray it close enough to them that you get the spray in their eyes.
