Sinus Headache Relief Blend
This blend is an excellent way to get relief from a sinus headache.
Ingredients
- 4 drops Spike lavender
- 4 drops Frankincense
- 2 drops Eucalyptus globulus
- 1 drop Peppermint
Instructions
- Combine the oils together.
- Put a drop on your hands and inhale deeply.
- Dilute the remaining blend with a drop of a carrier oil and rub on your shoulders, neck, and feet.
