¼teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
¼cupfinely grated parmesanoptional
Combine the red wine vinegar, olive oil, honey, lemon juices, mustard, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, crushed red pepper flakes, and black pepper in a blender. Process until emulsified.
If desired, add the parmesan cheese and process until incorporated.
