1 ½ pounds apples peeled, cored, and sliced 1 ½ pounds pears peeled cored, and slice ½ cup all purpose flour ¼ cup white sugar 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 lemon juiced ⅔ cup brown sugar ½ cup cold butter cut into bits ¾ cup rolled oats ⅓ cup chopped pecans ⅛ teaspoon salt
