Sautéed Broccolin

INGREDIENTS

– 2 tablespoons avocado oil – 1 pound broccolini – 1 tablespoon minced garlic – ½ teaspoon sea salt – ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper – 2 tablespoons lemon juice – ¼ cup parmesan cheese use rennet free for vegetarian

– Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.  

– Add the broccoli, and cook for 3 minutes without stirring.

– Add the lemon juice, and cover.  Cook for another 2 minutes.

– Top with parmesan and serve warm.
