Air Fryer Pizza Pockets are packed with a luscious filling of melted parmesan and mozzarella, harmoniously blended with pizza seasoning and topped off with a hearty marinara sauce. The best part? The use of ready-made crusts makes the preparation process as easy as pie, creating a fun, family-friendly cooking experience!
Preheat your air fryer to 375 °F. Roll out the pie crusts and cut into 6 circles. (About 5 Inches)
01
Gather the rest of the dough and roll out again. Cut into 2 more circles. In a medium bowl, combine the mozzarella, parmesan, and pizza seasoning.
02
Divide the cheese and pepperoni mixture between the circles and top each with 1 tablespoon of marinara. Using a silicone brush, dab the edge of the circle with milk.
03
Fold the circles in half and crimp the edges with a fork. (Or use an empanada press.) Brush the crust with the beaten egg.
04
Cook in a single layer for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with the remaining marinara.
05
Preheat the oven to 400° F. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with the remaining marinara.
