about the recipe

These air fryer ravioli taste like they just came out of a deep fryer.  They are crispy, evenly browned, and well-toasted - perfect for dipping into your favorite sauce. This recipe makes a great appetizer for entertaining (or game day), but truth be told, I’ve been known to make a meal of it.

– Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl.

– In a separate shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.

– Transfer to a parchment-lined platter or baking sheet and repeat with the remaining ravioli. – Spray both sides of the ravioli with oil.

– Preheat your air fryer to 375° F. – Arrange the ravioli in a single layer, using an air fryer liner if desired.

– Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through until the ravioli are golden brown.

– Top with additional parmesan and serve with marinara sauce.
