How to carve a turkey breast

First, run your knife down both sides of the backbone to separate the breast. After that, slice from the top to the bottom of the breast so you can pull all of it away from the bone. After that, you’re ready to slice and serve! Just make sure you’ve given the turkey plenty of time to rest so you won’t lose all those savory juices.
