Apple Pear Crisp

INGREDIENTS

– 1 ½ pounds apples peeled, cored, and sliced – 1 ½ pounds pears peeled cored, and slice – ½ cup all purpose flour – ¼ cup white sugar – 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon – 1 lemon juiced – ⅔ cup brown sugar – ½ cup cold butter cut into bits – ¾ cup rolled oats – ⅓ cup chopped pecans – ⅛ teaspoon salt

– Preheat the oven to 375 ° F. Grease a 9 x 9 baking dish with butter or oil. (You can also use a cast iron skillet.)

– Place the apples and pears in a large bowl.
