– 2 ⅓ cups old fashioned oats – ½ cup all purpose flour or gluten free all purpose blend – 1 tablespoon sugar – 1 teaspoon baking powder – ½ teaspoon baking soda – 1 teaspoon sea salt – 1 ½ cups milk or buttermilk – 2 large eggs – 2 overripe bananas – ¼ cup melted unsalted butter – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
