Blackstone Hot Dogs

For a quintessential summer meal, Hot Dogs on a Blackstone Griddle are always a hit. They are quick to make, perfect for feeding a crowd, and loved by kids and adults alike. Follow along and I'll show you how to make this weeknight go-to, ensuring every bite is bursting with juicy goodness.

INGREDIENTS

– 4 all-beef hot dogs – 3 tablespoons butter – 4 hot dog buns

– Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat.

– Remove the hot dogs from the package. Dry them with a paper towel.

– Use a knife to make 4 to 6 cuts about ⅛ inch deep.

– Add the butter to the flat top surface, and add the hot dogs.  Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, using tongs to rotate so all sides are cooked.

– If desired, heat the buns on the griddle until warm.  To keep them soft, you can wrap them in foil.
