– 1 ½ cups all purpose flour – 2 tablespoons sugar – 1 tablespoon baking powder – ¼ teaspoon salt – 1 ¼ cups whole milk – 3 tablespoons butter melted and cooled slightly – 1 egg beaten – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. – In a separate bowl whisk together the milk, butter, egg, and vanilla extract.

– Make a well in the center of the dry mixture and pour the wet mixture into the center.

– Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat. (About 350-375° F). Brush oil onto your griddle.

– Use a ¼ or ⅓ cup measure, pour the batter onto the grill, spacing them a few inches apart.

– Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the bubbles start to appear on the top and you start to see the edges set.

– Flip, and cook for another 2 minutes. – Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
