– 16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast pounded thin – ⅓ cup all-purpose flour – ⅓ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese – 1 teaspoon sea salt – 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper – 2 tablespoons oil avocado oil or olive oil – 2 tablespoons white wine or chicken broth – 3 tablespoons lemon juice – 2 teaspoons lemon zest – 1 cup half and half
