Garlic Roasted Broccoli

– 1 lb broccoli cut into 2 inch florets – 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil – 4 cloves garlic minced – ½ teaspoon sea salt – ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper – 2 ounces fresh Parmesan cheese grated or vegan Parmesan

– Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

– In a large bowl toss broccoli, oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

– Arrange in a single layer on prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

– Sprinkle with parmesan and serve warm.
