INGREDIENTS

– 3 eggs – ⅓ cup plain yogurt – 3 tablespoons butter melted and slightly cooled – 3 tablespoons honey – 1 tablespoon vanilla extract – 1 cup almond flour – ½ cup all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking powder – ¼ teaspoon sea salt

– Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions. 

– Place the eggs, yogurt, butter, honey, and vanilla in a blender and process until the mixture is combined.

Stir the almond flour, all purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.

– Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

– Spray your waffle iron with oil.

– Spoon the batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden.
