Homemade Blue Cheese Dip

INGREDIENTS

– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened – ½ cup sour cream – 4 ounces blue cheese crumbled – 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish – ¼ cup chopped chives – 2 tablespoons chopped pimento – 2 tablespoons chopped parsley – 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce – ½ teaspoon celery salt or smoked salt – ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

– Place the cream cheese and sour cream in a food processor.

– Blend until smooth.

– Add the blue cheese crumbles, horseradish, chives, pimento, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt and pepper.  

– Pulse until the mixture is combined.

– Transfer to a bowl or a storage container and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
