Instant Pot Wild Rice

For a delicious side that never fails to delight, give this Instant Pot Wild Rice a try.  By using your pressure cooker, you can achieve perfectly cooked wild rice in less than 45 minutes.  I’ll guide you through the process, ensuring your wild rice comes out fluffy and flavorful every time.


– 2 cups wild rice rinsed – 3 ½ cups chicken or vegetable broth – 2 tablespoons butter – ½ teaspoon sea salt

– Place the wild rice, broth, butter and sea slat in the inner pot of your instant pot.

– Close the lid, and make sure your pot is in the sealing position.

– Set to Manual High Presser, and set the timer to 30 minutes.

– When the timer is up, do an instant release.

– Fluff and serve.
