– 2 cups unsweetened almond milk – ⅓ cup chia seeds – ⅓ cup sugar or sweetener of choice – ¾ cup pumpkin puree – ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice – ⅛ teaspoon sea salt – For topping: whipped cream

– Place the almond milk, chia seeds, sweetener, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice in a blender.

– Add salt.

– Blend for 2 minutes.
