INGREDIENTS

– 2 pounds bone in chicken thighs – 2 teaspoons sea salt – ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper – ¼ cup butter divided – 1 tablespoon avocado oil – ¼ cup Honey – ¼ cup Soy sauce – ¼ cup Chicken broth – 2 tablespoons Whole grain mustard – 1 teaspoon minced garlic

– Pat the chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

– Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. – Add the chicken thighs, skin side down, and cook for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
