Strawberry Truffles

Looking for a  treat to surprise that special someone? These 5-ingredient, no-bake Strawberry Truffles are a delicious dessert to share.


– ½ cup heavy cream – 2 tablespoons salted butter – 11 ounces white chocolate chopped fine – 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract – .8 ounces freeze-dried strawberries crushed

– Bring the heavy cream and butter to a simmer in a small saucepan.

– Place the white chocolate in a metal or glass bowl and pour the warm cream and butter over it.

– Whisk vigorously until the chocolate is melted.

– Stir in the vanilla extract.

– Refrigerate for about 2 hours, until firm enough to scoop. – Scoop from the bowl using a small cookie scoop. Roll into balls, about 1-inch thick.

– Sprinkle with the crushed strawberries and chill until set.
