Vegetarian Stuffed Mini Peppers

You Will Need

P– Preheat the oven to 375° F.


Slice the peppers in half and use a paring knife to cut away the stems, white parts, and seeds.


– Toss the peppers with oil and salt. – Heat a saute pan to medium, and add the peppers. 


Combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.


Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until slightly wilted.


– When the peppers are cool enough to touch, divide the filling between them. Bake for 10 minutes.
